Seesmic is a great tool for organizing Twitter information overload. It can be frustrating trying to keep up with all the “Tweets”, tools like this or TweetDeck can really help you get things under control. Seesmic also has the power to update Facebook pages, something that no other program offers at this time. Also New to Beta .6.3 is the ability to view the lists that you follow, a feature Twitter revealed just last week.
